It supports direct chat with the support team, which results in faster turnaround times for resolution. Once logged in you will be able to see issues category-wise youd reported. You can see the issues you have reported, the support team agents are working on and the once which are resolved.

Search an issue others have faced along with the solution. Search for other people using the application.

Follow/Unfollow other people. You can view issues reported by your followers in your feed.
